Autumn has long been our favorite season of the year. It is the bounty of the harvest, the cooler weather, and the changing colors of the landscape that we love so much. The crisp fall air allows us to enjoy evenings full of handwork and creativity by the fire.
This pumpkin rug hooking project, titled Autumn Glory, includes many of those vibrant seasonal colors and represents the many blessings of autumn. Crafted from soft, hand-dyed wools and warm flannel, it just may be the perfect addition to your fall décor.
Designers David Greenway and Heather Gavin love creating in many styles, from primitive folk art to ultra-modern designs. David sketches, paints, dyes, and hooks, and Heather embroiders, appliqués, and punch needles. Polyester fiberfill Autumn Glory is available as a kit for $40.
