"I loved the photo this hooking was based on the minute I took it. My grandson, Dylan was proudly showing me the old motorcycle he was planning to work on.  Besides the fact that it was my grandson, I loved the idea of hooking the large headlights and bright shiny surfaces of his bike. I had a few problems on this piece. The wool chosen for his jeans was too bright and had to be dulled down.  Background clutter was eliminated, keeping the emphasis on Dylan and his bike.  The garage door panels were hooked directionally to mimic architectural detail."
