"Leonard Cohen wrote in 'Suzanne,' 'and she brings me tea and oranges that come all the way from China.' Tea and oranges was a favourite combination of my grandmother. She was always heading up to her bedroom with a cup of tea and some orange sections on the saucer. I think it was a quiet time with a favourite treat. My friend Judy has a theory that food that goes together colour-wise will also taste good together, i.e. strawberries and bananas. Tea and oranges really go together colour-wise if you put the tea in your favourite periwinkle blue teapot."
