"We went to Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island in Canada for a studio tour in May of 2015. We were a twelve-person group, so rented a bus to make the tour easily. We visited many shops/studios and the Hooked Rug Museum of North America. As I was honored as “Artist of the Year 2015” there, this rug brings me full of joy. Every time we see this rug, we can flash back to our good memories.

The way of perspective was another challenge for me. It was difficult, but I enjoyed a lot."
