Off With Their Shoes
Making hooked slippers
I love coming home, kicking off my shoes, and snuggling into a pair of homemade slippers to keep my feet warm. In this article, I’ll show you how to make your own slippers to give to family and friends or to keep on hand to offer guests to keep floors and rugs clean.
These slippers are fun to make and are a great way to use scraps. The basic pattern allows you to design the footwear to match the personality of the recipient. I love toasty warm feet, so I make mine tall slippers, more like low boots. I can always roll them down if I choose.
