A French Hand-Hooked Story

Hello, dear English-speaking friends,

“Painting with a hook.” That phrase speaks to my soul as a painter. In France, I cannot find the wonderful woolen fabrics that you use. There are no longer woolen mills in my country, and importing wool from the United States is very expensive. What to do? I began rug hooking by cutting old clothes found in second-hand clothes shops: T-shirts, velvet, fleece, silk, whatever I could find.
