Sauder Village Encourages the Next Generation of Rug Hookers
In November 2015, Sauder Village held a youth Rug Hooking Event to celebrate creativity and encourage the next generation of rug hookers. Ten Junior Historians, youth volunteers at Sauder Village, met on a Saturday morning ready to learn to hook rugs. With the help of instructors Rebecca Landin, Eileen Eis, and Lori Neff from the Northwest Ohio Rug Hookrafters Guild, this group of young ladies dove right in and started hooking!
