By: Gene Shepherd
Home Sweet Home

In 1999, I had been hooking one year when my wife and I moved to southern California and bought a pre-Civil War modified Greek Revival cottage. Once settled, I immediately gravitated to the perfect hooking spot: the archway between the dining room and the living room.
