Canadian Connection: Herstory Backstory

I love a good story. Heritage-based art-crafts are filled with them, and rug hooking is no different—many humorous tales, some poignant memories, and a few life-changing revelations. Mine seem to fall steadily into the last category. My Herstory Design and Mat Making project came about as a result of such times.
