"This rug commemorates special events for two very special people in my life; my son (Chris) and daughter-in-law (Roseanne). The scene incorporates the gazebo at Fabbioli Vineyards where they were engaged and the Ashby Inn where they were married and had their reception. Other meaningful items were added: a Canadian Maple leaf and Scottish thistle for Roseanne’s heritage, a red cardinal for her grandmother, wedding rings, and of course, their names, date, and location. They can always say they were married in Paris! This rug hangs in their living room."
